MBEMax provides individual bar-exam study tools. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and use the service only for lawful personal study. You may not scrape, resell, republish, automate access to, or distribute the question bank or explanations.

Access is licensed, not sold. An MBE Exam Pass is a one-time purchase for the exam-cycle window displayed before checkout. MPRE practice may be offered without charge. We may suspend access used for fraud, unauthorized sharing, attacks, or material violation of these terms.

We may improve the service and correct errors, but we will not silently shorten a paid access window. California law governs these terms, and any permitted court proceeding will be brought in Los Angeles County, California.

We collect account details, study activity, answers, preferences, purchase identifiers, security logs, and support communications needed to operate and protect MBEMax. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe; MBEMax stores structured transaction identifiers and status, not full card numbers.

We use this information to authenticate users, provide and improve study features, calculate progress, fulfill purchases, prevent abuse, send requested service messages, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing help@mbemax.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

MBEMax is an educational study aid, not a law firm, legal advice, an accredited law school, or a guarantee of admission or a passing score. Questions, explanations, analytics, and schedules may contain errors and do not replace current official authority or professional judgment.

NCBE and its marks are owned by the National Conference of Bar Examiners. MBEMax is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NCBE or any bar-admission authority.

MBEMax uses essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, security, accessibility preferences, session continuity, and offline study packs. Essential storage cannot be disabled while using authenticated features. Any optional analytics must honor the consent controls presented to you.

An MBE Exam Pass is eligible for a refund only when the request is received within 24 hours after purchase and the account has answered fewer than 100 questions. Both conditions must be met. Refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank posting times vary.

Approved full refunds revoke only the access or add-on granted by that payment. Partial refunds require manual review. Contact help@mbemax.com with the account email and purchase date.

Never operate TTS, Voice Mode, or any interactive MBEMax control while driving, operating machinery, crossing traffic, or when audio or voice interaction would be unsafe or distracting. Stop playback before attention is needed elsewhere.

Speech recognition can misunderstand commands. Confirm the visible selection before submitting an answer. You remain responsible for safe device use, volume, surroundings, and compliance with local law.
